1. First in human study of the mRNA-based cancer vaccine CVGBM in patients (pts) with newly diagnosed an surgically resected MGMT- unmethylated glioblastoma (GBM): First results from the dose escalation phase; 
2. The prognostic impact of CDKN2A/B heterozygous deletions in IDH-mutant glioma;
3. A phase I clinical trial of intrathecal injection of allogeneic CAR-YZT cells targeting B7H3 for the Treatment of patients with recurrent glioblastoma
